Are all Windows and Doors the same?

Our Suppliers

In a hightly competitive industry such as the replacement window market manufacturing companies should have made a considerable investment in plant and machinery, firstly to ensure that the resultant economies of scale are passed on to the end customer in the form of competitive pricing. Secondly and probably more importantly is that this investment can be seen in the end product. For example all frame joints being fusion welded (rather than screwed together) or frame members being reinforced according to the system suppliers specification.

Not all companies have been able to make the investment in plant, machinery, and logistics. So the resultant frames may not be the same from one company as from another. Fortunately when you order windows or doors from Artisan Windows you can be assured we only deal with manufacturers that can produce frames to the highest standards.

We supply PVC-U windows and door in the Veka, Spectus, Eurocell, and Duraflex systems which means us getting a very close match to your requirements and budget.

Choice of Finishes

All of our PVC-U products are available with a foil finish, giving the look and texture of real wood. Most popular are the Rosewood or Irish Oak variants but a vast choice is available.

A popular choice is to have a Woodgrain foil to only the outside face of the window or door and the inside to be White PVC-U

Double or Triple Glazed

All PVC-U windows and doors are supplied double glazed as standard with a WER "A" Rating but can be triple glazed with sealed units up to 44mm thick for maximum insulation!
